The Women of Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill!

One of the truly great American films of the 60s. It’s Southwestern Gothic, camp, trash, rock ‘n’ roll tremolo guitar kitsch, gearhead Texaco gas huffing, tit-hugging, neck-breaking feminism, all rolled together and shot with the formal classicism, editing, and tack-sharp cinematography of a man who earned his filmmaking chops in the US Army Signal Corps.

German poster for Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill!

The German title translates as The Devil Wives of Tittfield. As far as I can discern, there is no town or place on earth called Tittfield, although it does sound like a appropriate name for a Russ Meyer theme park, if one were ever to open one.
